Our Full Management service is a comprehensive full management service including arranging and following up maintenance. This includes the collection of rent and monthly statements, chasing any rent arrears to a conclusion and following up any immigration checks according to The Immigration Act. We also regularly review the rent to ensure the rent achieved is in line with market rent. At the end of the tenancy, we will also arrange for the check out and conduct negotiation of deposit.
